Margin ("the App") is developed by Marvin Deckmyn. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

The App collects and stores the following data:

• Budget and subscription data: Your monthly budget, fixed costs, and payment status. This data is stored locally on your device.
• iCloud sync data: If you enable iCloud sync (PRO feature), your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which is controlled by Apple and protected by your Apple ID.
• Anonymous usage analytics: We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous, privacy-focused analytics. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve it. No personal information is collected.

Data We Don't Collect

• We don't collect your name, email address, or any personal information
• We don't have access to your financial accounts or bank data
• We don't sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties
• We don't track your location
• We don't require account creation

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across your devices (optional, PRO feature only). Data is stored in your personal iCloud account.

• Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all local data is deleted. If you use iCloud sync, data will remain in your iCloud account until you delete it.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Deletion: Delete the app to remove all local data
• Portability: Your data is stored in standard formats

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
